Bacem intestine satay "Sate Usus Bacem"


Bacem intestine satay like this most fitting complement to a friend used to eat rice or chicken porridge. In addition to the settlement by frying dish is equally delicious when baked. Spread with remaining seasoning to taste more pervasive.




Materials / ingredients:
400 grams of chicken intestine

How to make a bowel satay bacem:

Marinate chicken intestine with 1 tablespoon water solution whiting,Cleaning Boiling Wash chicken intestines, salt, water, and ginger until tender. Average Tiriskan.Aduk spices, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken intestine, ginger, lemongrass, and galangal. Boil until seep. Pin -skewer chicken intestine in pleated. Fried briefly in the heated oil.
