Recipe Tempe Bacem





Bacem Indonesian food are everyday dishes are often made people. Most often are bacem tempe and tofu. We can, lo, making bacem other types. Let's look at the options.


Materials / ingredients:
10 pieces of Tempe wrap triangular leaves
1 teak leaves, torn
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
500 ml of coconut water
2 tablespoons margarine to spread

Ground Spices:
4 cloves of garlic
6 red onions
2 eggs hazelnut, roasted
1/2 teaspoon coriander




How to make sweet, marinated Tempe:

Mix soybean, coconut water, teak leaves, bay leaves, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and spices. Boiler Stir over low heat until cooked and  pervasive marinade. Fried briefly in the cooking oil that has been heated until browned.
