Duckling Bacem "Bebek Bacem"



If a dish of poultry are often already present every day you'll want to replace other types of poultry. fter yesterday is presented with seasoning chicken or rendang curry today you can present a fried duck with herbs bacem. Well, just served with sauce of your family's favorite .




Materials / ingredients:
1 ducks, cut in 4 parts
1,500 ml of coconut water
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons tamarind water 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind and 1 tablespoon water
oil for frying

Ground Spices:
6 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon coriander grains, roasted
6 tablespoons brown sugar

How to make:

Mix spices, duck, bay leaves, ginger, and salt. Add to coconut water. Boil until cooked and seep. Insert acid water, stir well. Fried briefly in the heated oil. Lift.
