Bacem Meat Indonesian Food




Bacem meat could be an option. This dish can you present to complete the feast that you initiate. Complete with other dishes to make it more complete.




Materials / ingredients:
Gandik 500 grams of meat, cut into the size of 10x10x1 cm, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
3 bay leaves
3 lime leaves, discard bones leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons tamarind 1 teaspoon of acid and 1 tablespoon water
1,000 ml of coconut water
2 tablespoons fried onions for topping
oil for frying

Ground Spices:
10 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons coriander
3 cm galangal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar fine comb

How to make sweet, marinated meat:

Boil the meat, ginger, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, soy sauce, tamarind water, ground spices and coconut milk over medium heat until soft and pervasive. Fried meat briefly in a preheated oil over medium heat until brown. Display with a sprinkling of fried onions.
